Bio-Fuel is More Harmful Than Fossil Fuel

Recently a scientific study comparing bio fuel to fossil fuel was conducted with the results being quite intriguing. The scientists concluded that bio fuel does the complete opposite of what it’s supposed to do. Bio fuel is more harmful to the environment than fossil fuel.

Now a diesel performance shop would definitely argue with the result however here is how the study was conducted. A team from UL (University of Leicester) in the UK reviewed emissions produced by bio fuel. The team found out that carbon dioxide emission in bio fuel is 50% more than carbon dioxide emissions found in fossil fuel. But how is that possible? The team suspects that oil palm plantations (oil palm is the main ingredient of bio fuel) emits a lot of carbon dioxide emissions alone and mixed with bio fuel it doubles the amount of carbon dioxide. So the team has concluded that bio fuel is more dangerous to mother earth than ordinary fossil fuel.
